the second cartridge caused problems.

When I first ordered this unit it worked great. The second time I had problems with my printer not recognizing the cartridge at all. Now I have 2 cartridges left that I can't use because my printer won't accept them. Since then I have also had problems with the printer.

Good product, great price.

No hassle, no fuss. Fits well and works well. Our HP printer showed a warning that it was a used cartridge, but I just acknowledged it and proceeded with no problems. Boom. One and done!

Two of the three cartridges were not the same. The one that was the right size leaked blue ink! Beware of this product. I have purchased many Revain cartridges over the years. It wasn't a very good experience. Revane gives me credit for returning.
