I have used this product for many years in my business and with the help of the support team, they are extremely helpful and kind to work with. They are very thorough and they do not skip anything. I highly recommend them. I don't have many complaints. I can think of nothing that I would dislike about their customer service and products. They have been extremely helpful through all of our campaigns. The only thing they haven't done yet is add an option where we could export our list directly to

The fact that I didn't have to create my own lists was great! They gave me very specific instructions about what they were looking at in order it be properly cleaned up- nothing too confusing there!! It also helped us avoid having our data misused by others who had no business doing so since we are not giving them access unless asked directly first (which would then require their approval). We've been able get rid off many people from certain accounts as well which has really saved time…

I like that they offer lots of different services to their customers (and can customize them). They have been able to add multiple contacts from our database in each run which saves time! And you don't need more than 4-5 minutes per customer if there are less then 50 records because it's lightning fast compared to others out here who charge $50-$100+. Their support team was very quick at responding when we had questions about how something worked so far no complaints as yet but would be nice…
