This product does not work. My printer does NOT recognize the lack of toner. Follow the instructions on the bag. I even contacted the company and still haven't received a response.

Toner worked without problems, no visible streaks. I manually reset the toner level on my 2280DW in about 30 seconds by following the online instructions. This brand worked a little better than my last bargain toner. I've also printed about a dozen shipping labels with no streaks or toner rubbing.

Do not recommend these cartridges. One doesn't work and the other says the toner is almost empty even though I just replaced it. I don't have a return window at the moment so I can't even message the seller. It was a good deal but you get what you paid for.

I worked with this cartridge for several days before discovering that the printer has a 'drum' that needs to be removed from the old cartridge and used with a new one. I've never seen a cartridge installed like this, so I thought the cartridge was too small. If there had been instructions in the box this could have been avoided. But now it works fine.
