great alternative to expensive pelican

this canadian beauty works great. I haven't tested it for waterproofing but it's sturdy and has plenty of padding to customize your fit, rode it coast to coast with no issues, also went through transport companies and survived, will be getting a second one soon

Pros
  • regular price
Cons
  • some difficulties

Well constructed best in camera bags

We needed a sturdy box with enough depth to accommodate gauges and room for cables. We looked everywhere and the boxes we found were overpriced, we found this box on Revain and it's better than expected. This is a sturdy box and a plus that comes with wheels and a handle. This box is perfect for video and photo equipment.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

You can rest assured that your equipment is protected!

The Nanuk 950 waterproof hard case is fantastic! I've used it on some of my cameras. I'm not worried about my $10,000+ gear snuggling up in my Nanook! I also have a Nanuk 945 that I bought for the Crane 3 Lab gimbal. When you don't want to worry about transporting thousands of dollars worth of photographic equipment from one place to another, the Nanuk 950 gives you the convenience you need knowing your gear is protected!

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Sad hardware

DO NOT buy from this seller!

The wrong model was sent. They refused to send me a makeshift replacement despite admitting they had the wrong item for sale. I bought a real case that was supposed to be received directly from Nanook. case is awesome! Lots of storage space. I choose an empty box. It's a little heavy, 22 pounds empty. Be prepared to pay for the excess weight of an oversized bag. But it's worth it. I can fit a 2 foot digital level diagonally in the case along with all the hand tools and other things I need to…

Pros
  • Practical
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
