Based on my own experience this makeup set is impressive .The colors are bold and illuminating, bringing out the beauty in my eyes. I have a suitcase FULL of NARS brushes, eyeshadows, palettes, mascara, pencils, highlighters, glosses, lipsticks, blushes, nail polish, powders, etc. The non-metallic (light) colors in this set don't feel wired; They are very dusty and have no durability even with a primer or base coat.
