These socks are for feet only. They contain a gel that keeps your soles moist. I didn't notice much of a difference using it as is, but adding lotion before putting them on definitely helped soften the soles of my feet. Since it retains moisture, it works better than just creaming your feet without socks. They're a little weird to walk in because of the gel, but you can definitely walk in them. The gel absorbs everything solid from the floor. You can choose, but annoying.

I received my socks a week ago, I also ordered another brand, namely 4 packs. These socks are of slightly better quality. I faithfully wear them day and night with Kerasal for intense leg recovery. Haven't used this product for a long time. I've slept with it for the past three days and added some (very little) O'Keefe's Foot Cream. I also used pumice stone. My legs are getting better fast. It will take time, but I think these little socks will be the magic I've been missing when trying to get rid of deeply cracked heels. If it works I'll give five stars. until then 4 stars for a promising start.
