I loved when I first got it. The current was smooth and calm. It's been two weeks and I've changed the batteries twice, no problem, changed the water frequently, no problem. The water flow looks like there is no water and the batteries are old and then it started leaking. Very disappointed.

product arrived well packaged followed all instructions but the water just wouldn't push through the chute. so it fills almost to the brim and stops. So the source is not quite working as it should. We follow the instructions to make sure all the rocks are out of the way and toggle on and off 3 times. The lights work great but the source doesn't really work as it should so there is no sound.

I wish I could take all the negative reviews seriously. I received this item on September 11th and it stopped working after two months. It's cheaply made, with factory pre-applied tear lines that they've Photoshopped from their photos. It was fine when it worked, but towards the end of its expiry date the motor started making very loud noises even though there was always enough water in it. Such a crap.

I bought it for my granddaughter. She is used to the white noise of running water in her old aquarium. She can't sleep without him. The fish died, and she likes how the water flows to sleep with white noise. However, I bought this in hopes of getting rid of the fish tank and having a cute waterfall/light figurine. Just install. We don't hear the sound of the water flow at all, only the grinding of the motor/pump. The water flows, but you only hear the water pump. Not worth the money and back…
