The product itself is good. Neewer products are an excellent choice in terms of value for money. Only issue I have is that gels are not included as stated in the product description. I've searched all over my order but couldn't find a way to contact the seller.

Decent aperture, especially for low-key photos. It contains gels and mesh. It goes perfectly with my lightning ring (make sure you have one or buy one with this one). I have used this item several times and am very happy with the results.

Note that due to the black color on the inside this attachment consumes a lot of light so when used with a flash you can quickly reach full power, especially if you are using one of the gels (and full power isn't enough when combining gels so I wouldn't recommend this unless you want VERY thin colored light).

This is a snood. I use it almost exclusively with a reticle and wax paper for a soft narrow beam for portraits and fine art. It connects securely to any Bowens mount. Only warning: be careful when touching it after shooting. It gets quite hot, but that's to be expected when using a metal attachment. I'll be buying another one soon to make sure I have a backup.

I rarely use this attachment. A little it offers a nice concentrated point of light. A color gel is used to color the stain to contrast or complement your scene. Mix and match gels to get new shades, but I wish there were more main shades. Looks like I'd rather make my own. The mesh helps to narrow the light, making it softer and denser. Very useful for light hair or background effects. It fits easily in my all-in-one bow mount. A handy creative lighting tool to master.

I don't know why there's an asterisk after 'brightness' for something that doesn't emit light, but if you're expecting it to fire your flash in the limelight, it won't . This is a simple, durable fixture that shapes your light for more selective lighting. The included mesh tightens the stain giving it a sharper edge, color effect gels are effective but heavier material is easier to work with and more durable, but the distance from your flash also allows you to use any gel you want.
