oh yeah! I've been debating Cymbal Octa for a while and I love it. It works and does a great job! Set up wasn't the easiest, but I liked it. It stays in my studio so I don't have to crumble it. This deep domed soft box is huge in a good way! The lighting that comes out of it is absolutely terrific. The hexagonal design, along with the metal rods inserted into the bracket, hold the round frame for easy installation. The lighting is so welcoming and soft thanks to the ultra-aluminized inner lining, offering a perfect diffusion through the front screen, ideal for portraits and portraits.

Incredible softbox! HUGE ad! But that's exactly what I was looking for. This shape is so unique and gives a great spread. I really enjoyed using it to take photos of my friends. It handles the light very well, it was surprisingly quick to put together and so well made. The rod fits well in the Bowens mount. The cover rolls up and fits snugly to the Velcro lining. There is no light leak here! The lighting is exceptionally bright and soft, perfect for my shooting style.

I've been using this arc flash dome for about a month now and I really like it so far. This softbox is a great way to get tons of soft light thanks to its size.
