The battery is very low. I tried to charge and when connected the cell went off. Thought he killed his camera. I took out the tip and they bent when I tried to remove them. I have two defective connectors - the metal connector has come loose from the magnetic base. I contacted the seller and asked about the availability of additional connectors for purchase.
