I was delighted with this product but when it arrived it was unboxed and unsealed! I'm sending it back as I really don't know what's in the bottle!

I love this product but the bottles arrived without a box and are all scratched.

. I have dry skin and this product seems to lock in moisture under sunscreen. This time I ordered two bottles and received them disassembled. They usually come in a Neutrogena box. The bottles were scratched and the pipettes on the caps were dirty and worn. I'm concerned about the condition of the bottles.

It's NOT a primer, it's just a serum!

The only plus of this product is that it contains hyaluronic acid, which perfectly moisturizes the skin. I also like that it has few ingredients which is good for sensitive skin. The problem I have with the product is that it is also labeled as a primer. Anyone who understands makeup wouldn't call this a foundation. It does nothing to keep your makeup in place. I can guarantee you will find a REAL primer that will get the job done and is good for sensitive skin. This is NOT a product. It cannot

Not Good for Foundation Primer

After reading Neutrogena Hydro Boost Glow Booster Primer & Serum description and information on Neutrogena website I thought I would really like this product. It didn't affect the appearance of my skin in any way. It also arrived with no "security seal" and no specific instructions for use. I personally wouldn't recommend it.

Product arrived very dirty and unprotected as it had not been opened previously. This does not give me confidence and this request is not serious, of course I will not use it!
