Did you receive an old/used item?

Gorgeous colour. The picture of"your lips, but better". :) But I think I caught an old product. It kind of smells like old stuff. It's not terrible or completely useless, but we all know that "old" smell and taste when we rub our lips. The product was also not shrink-wrapped and I was so excited to try it on that I didn't check the product to make sure it hadn't been used before. All in all I really wish it was sealed and the taste/smell seems a little questionable.

The product itself is great but the product may not have a protective sticker

I've been using these glosses for a while and they are my favorites. I have sensitive skin and can only use the safest products free from allergens and irritants. Most glosses have an odor/taste that I'm allergic to! And they don't moisturize. Free from irritants, taste and fragrance, they contain humectants to help moisturize but have some thickness to prevent water from evaporating. They are really moisturizing and safe to use, I'm a big fan of them. My only issue with removing 1 star is that

Stays on the lips much longer than expected. Can become sticky if applied too thick.

I have bought this several times. Lasts much longer than lip balm and other gloss products, even with coffee and water. Pink Mocha and Almond Nude are very close to my natural lip color, just a little bolder. It's everything I'm looking for most of the day at work, so it's perfect. I still prefer to use a mirror when applying the product to make sure I don't leave too thick a stain as it gets a little sticky if it's too thick.
