New retailer, lower quality

This product has changed retailer and is now of much lower quality than before. You can see the distribution has changed from Neutrogens to Johnson and Johnson. The lotion is now much greasy and it stings my skin near my eyes. Wouldn't recommend it

It's the ingredient it doesn't have that makes it so good. This is the only major brand I have been to.

This is the only facial moisturizer my skin loves and it has nothing to do with the brand name. It's the ingredient it doesn't have that makes it so good. This is the only major brand I could find that doesn't contain cetyl alcohol which is the bane of my existence. SA causes burning and discomfort, but all other brands of moisturizers that claim to be suitable for sensitive skin contain it. ALWAYS READ THE SMALL PRINT, EVEN IF YOU TAKE DAYS TO STUDY THE FINISHED PRINT.

No, very greasy, leaves a greasy film on the face immediately after application. If I don't want to return, it costs me double what I would pay at the pharmacy, and at least the pharmacy, except for the return, without charging me anything for it.

Multi-purpose, multi-seasonal moisturizer

I'm in my 40's with sensitive and oily skin. I can put this lotion on my skin and it's never heavy, irritating or causing breakouts. I use morning and evening. I live in the Midwest where the summers are hot and humid and the winters are cold and dry and I no longer have to change my moisturizer with the seasons since I found this product. I also use it as a makeup remover and when I'm not wearing makeup I use it as a pre-cleanser. This is an essential part of my beauty ritual.

This item arrived with a torn bottom of the packaging and looks like it has been used before. The pump does not work and the lotion does not come out. Do not buy from this seller!

Sensitive skin CAUTION

Although the product says "sensitive" skin, this is NOT the case if you have sensitive skin Wash it off immediately, my face was irritated and red for the rest of the day. The next morning my skin was sooo dry and started falling out almost like dandruff just on my face. Absolutely terrible. Please DO NOT buy if you have sensitive skin!

I don't write reviews online but I want to warn others before they buy this product. I have sensitive skin and bought a product designed for my skin. After using it two nights in a row, my skin was very irritated, it became very pink and bumpy. I don't use it anymore. Update: My old moisturizer ran out and my skin was very dry. I needed something fast so I tried again. And my skin loves it! It absorbs very quickly into the skin and does not cause irritation or breakouts. I think the first…
