I liked the fact that these shoes were comfortable and supportive the first time I put them on. No "break-in" was required. I will wear them often.

The lining and fabric near the thumb were sewn incorrectly and looked of fairly poor quality, wrinkling and rubbing against the thumb. It's not New Balance's "top tier" so you get what you pay for. However, I am sending it back.

Absolutely incredible comfort in a lightweight running/hiking shoe. Love the style, fits pretty much and at a fair price. Fast shipping too! Now if I just go out and do the work these shoes are designed for, life will be perfect. These shoes are amazing!

I wear a size 8 overall and these fit true to size! I'm very active in weightlifting and running/other cardio and I'd say they feel comfortable when active, but I can tell they won't last very long considering how active I am in the gym . Definitely invest in sturdier shoes if you are very active in the gym.

note that they have a very weak grip. I've had them for less than 6 months and they're almost all worn out and I'm disappointed. I've had other New Balance shoes that I really like, but they totally let me down. They are comfortable but definitely not for intensive use. Very light, I think, for running, but unfortunately not for sports.
