I bought these for my 4 year old daughter and she loves them. One of the laces broke when we first tied them and I wish they had more durable material on the toes but overall we are very happy with our purchase.

If your child has a wide foot, I would recommend going up half a size. After that, the exchange for 5.5 came off perfectly. We got the shoes when he was learning to walk, so his toes frayed a few weeks after he started crawling and dragging. Just a note. He looks so cute in his new sneakers!
