It's nice but there were 2 perfectly round spots on the fingers which were barely visible when received. In the past few weeks, the dots have darkened and are not erased. The top edge where the lace runs is rough and looks unfinished. I have contacted New Balance and they have not responded. So it's not exactly what we were hoping for.

Ordered about a dozen other shoes for my 5 year old before this pair. They were all uncomfortable, pinched the legs, too tight in the arch, too tight in the toes, etc. After trying them on, he liked the fit (and the look). Change from New Balance for the foreseeable future. Great for little kids. And as far as I know, New Balanace doesn't use Uyghur slave labor throughout China like Nike does, so big points for that.
