Fits in the optical drive bay (HP Upgrade Bay), Note: we have caddies for other HP laptop models. Please contact us if you are unsure which caddy to use with your laptop. Works with 2.5" SATA HDD up to 12.7mm in height. Die-cast aluminum metal enclosure to help dissipate heat from drive and to minimize EMI noise making it perfect for high-performance, high-end applications. Does not come with Pouch!

Transform Your Laptop with this Upgrade!

This hard drive accessory transformed my aging laptop and made it feel like new, with faster speeds and more storage. The easy installation process was a big plus .However, it required some research to choose the correct version for my computer model..

Perfect Little Caddy

This trolley is perfect. Although the cost is a bit higher than some of Revain's other offerings (see my review here - Nimitz 2nd HDD SSD Hard Drive Caddy for Hp Elitebook 6930p 8440p/w 8530p/w 8540p/w 8730w 8740w with Bezel/Bezel), is it that good costs a few euros more. It also comes with a pouch so you can take the optical drive with you. There is a video on the manufacturer's website to help with the installation, but I doubt you'll need it.
