Nexcare Waterproof Bandage 58108 Review

These bandages claim to be waterproof, but fail to stay on during any kind of physical activity. The adhesive is weak and comes off easily, making them useless for Sports and Outdoors activities.

The only downside to this dressing is that with prolonged use the skin underneath will look like it has been underwater for hours. It becomes white and wrinkled as if you have been in the bath for a long time. Otherwise I had a bandage on the wound for 3-4 days before it started to disintegrate.

Without a doubt the best bandage I have ever used. This is the bandage you want to use when you really need a bandage that will take a lot of abuse and stay in place wet or dry. The best finger bandage made, if you put it on a dry finger you can wash your hands all day and it stays in place. I wouldn't recommend this bandage for scratches or anything you want to remove easily, but it's not what I want in my bandages.
