Description of 🧒 Waterproof Reflector Boys' Accessories with Thinsulate by NIce Caps

Imported. Hook and Loop closure. Machine washable gently wring before drying. WATERPROOF, WARM AND SNOWPROOF: The mittens are insulated with 3M Thinsulate for warmth in cold winter temperatures. The mittens are fully waterproof and will keep kids hands dry in wet, snowy and icy conditions. There is also a 2.5 inches knitted cuff that can be tucked underneath kid's jacket and coat sleeves to prevent snow from getting inside the gloves. REFLECTOR MATERIAL FOR ADDED SAFETY: The mittens are specially designed with reflector tape trim, which will reflect light when outside in the dark. This is an important safety feature for kids when playing outside in the evening, as well as for many fun winter outdoor activities, such as sledding, skiing, skating, building snowmen and more. EASY TO PUT ON AND STAYS ON: The mittens are designed with elastic in the wrist area, which widens and allows for an easy-on fit. The hook and loop closure allows for a tight, secure fit to keep the mittens from falling off of little kids hands. These are great for first-time mitten wearers and for active little kids who love running around outside in the winter!. PRODUCT DIMENSIONS: Length (L) is measured from the elastic along the mitten wrist to the end of the fingers; Width (W) is measured across the mitten palm area at the widest point: 1-2 years (4.1" L, 3.35" W); 2-3 years (4.5" W); 3-4 years (4.75" L, 3.65" W); 4-5 Years (5.25" L, 3.75" W); 5-7 Years (5.75" L, 4.0" W); 7-9 Years (6.25" L, 4.25" W). When measuring kids hands, allow 0.5 inches extra room for cushion. WE ARE FROM MINNESOTA. IT'S COLD UP HERE! With over 30 years of experience shoveling snow in Minnesota winters, we at N'Ice Caps understand the importance of having quality and safe winter apparel. We are deeply committed to providing you with high quality products so that your little ones will stay warm and safe while having fun playing in the snow.

Difficult to put them on a small child

I find them difficult to put on my 2.5 year old son. The padding in the thumb piece is turned inside out or twisted so he can't put his hand in properly which is very frustrating for everyone. We actually just tucked his whole arm into the other side of the mittens to keep him warm. Maybe it will get better with time but I don't think they are ideal for a very young child. My 4 year old daughter has no problem with it and loves wearing it. I increased it to the next size and I think I had to do

The size is strange but fits.

I have ordered three pairs 3-4 years old, two of them say '2-3 years old' and the other says 'Toddler S/M' but they look quite appropriate 3-4 years. They fit my children (3 and 5 years old) but I have to admit that they are quite small for their age. However, I also tried them on my average 6 (almost 7) year old and she was able to wear them. She said they feel good. I really think they will probably be too small for her to play comfortably. I can't yet rate mittens in terms of warmth or how…

This is good quality, Size Review help

Bought these for my 4 year old granddaughter. She is slim but very tall, more like a 5 year old, so I ordered the size for 5-7 years. They're a little big, but they still fit well enough that she can probably use them in the snow for a few more years. I like that they are adjustable and can be tightened around the wrists. If you have a small petite child and want a fit then you probably need the smaller size but they are not very tall and don't look silly so I'm glad they are a bit big. I hope…
