This quick release plate could be used to directly mount camera, cage and tripod etc. This tripod mounting kit with two 15mm rail blocks. It could attach to any tripod plate or Manfrotto and ARRI standard bridgeplate.

Exactly What I Needed

Instead of paying $200 to set up, this plate is just what I needed to attach around my camera. I just need to attach a focus ring for my camera. I feel like I saved money and got exactly what I needed.

Very Disappointing - Camera & Photo

I recently bought a heavy telephoto lens (Sigma 18-35) and am planning to buy a plate with battery. I was disappointed to find that when I moved my bars forward to make room for the bars that would support the battery plate, the screw clamp on the right side of the bar holder when fully tightened did not fill the gap sufficient lock. to hold the bar in place. That makes this block pretty much useless for what I need to do with it. I now have to buy a new rod holder mount and hope it works with…
