These are awesome once you set them up. You have to get a little creative and actually plug in an outlet and lightbulb to use it. But once you get that part set up, they make great glasses that you can use as wallwashers.

Having glass lamps is a double-edged blessing. They give off a lot of light, but only shine downwards. I prefer indirect or wall-directed light, complemented by lamps. Not only is my work clearly visible, but the light becomes softer and more comfortable for the people in the room.
