Zipper broke after a week of use

Received these shoes and my son loves them. The only problem is that the zipper on one of them broke. Now he can't wear them and I don't know what to do.

Pros
  • Cushioned foam midsole provides a smooth and stable ride. Its structured outer wall reduces the weight of the shoe.

Designed for AFO

This is amazing! A few months ago I was hit by a drunk driver causing multiple injuries including damage to the peroneal nerve which caused my foot to hang down. I know I have to wear a large AFO and it took me a hell of a long time to look for the right shoe before I found this one. They fit so well and are very easy to put on. They were specially developed for AFO wearers.

The lightning has dissipated!

Bought for my son and he loves them. However, the zippers are completely broken!. They are still like new, hardly worn. I want them RETURNED or refunded. This was 1 of 4 pairs of Nikes I bought around the same time!

Easy to slip on for seniors

Wrong size ordered, too big Got another pair and they're wearing a freaking 86 year old with sore feet, they're still hanging after 100 washes and daily wear

My husband has a neurological condition. They are very easy to put on and comfortable.

My husband has a neurological condition that makes it very difficult for him to bend over and put on shoes and socks. The Velcro closure at the top opens the boot wide so it can slide easily into the foot. And they are attached firmly enough so that the foot does not slip when walking (with a walker). He says they're comfortable too. We were very happy with this purchase. I am considering stocking up if they are discontinued.
