Fakes arrived

The chargers I received turned out to be fakes. The front looks ok but the stickers on the back are wrong and the "serial number" is the same on both.

Worth the money for batteries and chargers

Love it! Great charger. I travel a lot and my camera is always with me. I always lose something, but I can't afford to lose my charger! I have 3 now just in case

Pros
  • Solid surface
Cons
  • Some bugs

Good price here for chargers

I gave my daughter my Nikon D300 because I just don't use it that often and can always borrow it. Well, she kept losing her charger. Good price here and it's a perfect replacement.

Charging but indicator not working

The battery appears to be charging but the charging indicator is not working properly. Once fully charged, the light should remain on to indicate charging is complete, but instead it is off. Apparently it was not tested before shipping. I'm keeping it because I needed a charger since we lost the original. However, I'm not happy that it doesn't work quite right.

Pros
  • Amazing
Cons
  • Crumpled

If you lose one, you need another

I understand that Revain and other vendors have many cheaper imitations. However, using Nikon branded devices is a good choice. I recently used mine in Peru on 220 volts and it worked great without a converter. It's well built and the wide range of voltages and frequency settings gives plenty of options. Why buy a fake when real things cost reasonable money? How much are your photos worth to you?

Works great on *my* D80.

After reading a previous reviewer's negative comments about this charger, I called Nikon to make sure this charger for the EN-EL 3e battery would fit my D80. I was assured it would work, so I ordered it. The charger arrived today and I immediately connected it to my dead battery. Within two hours it was recharged and I was able to use my camera again. Hallelujah. I would give this product 5 stars but it is a bit pricey for such a basic device. But if you want to avoid ruining your expensive…

  • Batteries and Chargers

MALFUNCTION!

I received this charger and it is not working. I plugged it in and put the battery in and the light started flashing for about two minutes and then stopped. I tried it a few more times and then just thought maybe it wasn't showing light all the time so I left it on the charger thinking it would charge. After 5 hours I put the battery in the camera, it shows low battery and dies. I called Amazon and they forwarded me 3 times without resolving the issue. Then I was told I had to call Nikon so now

Pros
  • Chargers
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
