Please don't listen to the person who says the wire colors are wrong. You are not. Follow their instructions. Black is earth. These are sealed relays. Works great in my RZR. Wires are good too.

I just needed cheap relays with mounting lugs. I got a lot more than I thought. I didn't pay attention to whether the thing came with instructions or not. I hooked up so many of these that I haven't needed them in a long time. The weather protection is good and tight.

I really like this guy I used to install LED auxiliary backup lights on my truck. It is very well built and includes a good example wiring diagram to help with installation. Comes with a good guarantee. I doubt I will need it. I found this relay in a water prone spot on my butt. And it works very well when I'm cruising through still water. Highly recommended.

I installed one of these and it ran pretty well and it worked on the first try. A few hours after installation I went back and tried to disconnect the relay from the base and it was extremely difficult. The water seal was very tight and I tried hard enough to separate the two halves and broke them. I had to replace the base after a breakdown.

They certainly have what they look like and a great seal around them. Keep in mind that I would put them together before installing. Because once the two parts are put together, they don't want to fall apart. (There is a relay part and a wire harness part) Even with silicone gel they didn't separate at all. They are easy to use with a very clear diagram to remind you what each wire is doing. Removing the yellow wire/contact is very easy as it will most likely not be used for vehicle wiring. They're a bit big, I think that's part of the impregnation. The only complaint really is that I wish the wires were about 4 inches longer. The foot length helps installers more when building fuse blocks with it or just want to place them in spots to avoid less soldering. Good buy for the price.

, they look pretty good, they have really thick 12AWG stranded wire and they are definitely waterproof. Not sure the terminals are very secure as one socket arrived in the box with a broken terminal. Unfortunately, this project will definitely not give me time to return/exchange the entire box and it seems that Amazon doesn't even have the facility to report that I received a broken socket along with the set and request a single replacement, So I think this time I'm stuck with the broken one.

Attention buyers. I used these relays to install LED lights in my UTV and pull the wire through. Glad I was careful when connecting. As stated in one of the smart reviews. All wires are swapped. White (shift wire) and black (ground wire) have been swapped. can fry the relay if installed. not very happy about it. This review is for the waterproof 5-pack version. Corrosion was found on most of the pre-stripped wires and on some of the pigtail connectors. Some terminals had bad crimps and had to be re-crimped using a good quality ratchet crimp tool and appropriate jaws. The wires were NOT pre-tinned and the corroded ends of the wires had to be cut off before use.
