David G. has helped me with every issue I've had as a consumer. Since there was a problem with the original Wii, he asked what would make me a happy customer. I said I would like a $36 credit. David came back the next day and offered a $114 credit and a new console to be shipped the same day. I accepted the offer and am happy to report that the new console is in much better shape. I also got 3 new games. Solar Games has done everything to change my customer experience.

I hate to be negative Nancy. This is a great purchase if you plan to order individual games or already have your own games. Otherwise don't do it. There are no preloaded games (the description is a bit misleading assuming random games are included). I'm sure it's great if you have a backup plan. I planned a game night with my kids. We plugged it in, went through the setup and of course we were disappointed. Then again, if it had the preloaded games we expected, things might have been different.

This is the first time I have purchased a refurbished product from Revain. I thought it was the same as the WiiU but when it arrived my 15 year old told me it wasn't. We never installed it and never took it out of the box. I just opened the box but when I sent it back I was only refunded 50% of the purchase price.
