I'm a Mua so I'm picky when it comes to makeup and this is a good mascara but it lives up to my expectations not fulfilled. I like it but it's not something I will continue to buy.

I ordered brown and black, that's how the article was marked. However, it was black black. I'm blonde with green eyes and it was too dark - I looked like I'd been hit in the eye. I love Boots No7 and use a lot of their products. However, I threw it away after using it twice.

I was in a hurry when I opened the product and used it for the first time, so I didn't realize the mascara was already there open. Upon receipt, the box with the mascara was damaged, but I thought that happened during delivery (envelope) and I wasn't worried. When I started applying it the next morning, half asleep, I didn't realize the tamper-evident seal was broken until I was done and putting the cap back on. and that I'm not broken. I really didn't like this formula. The consistency was liquid and did not form a volume. If you want a very natural look, you might like it.
