Fantastic tool especially now since we mostly telecommute

It's quite helpful to be able to have all information in one place. I can access it from my computer as well as my mobile devices. The program has improved over time and they are adding features to make things easier, but it is not perfect yet! You should try it out if you are looking to work remotely, it will save you lots of time searching for the information that you need when you're working away from your desk. The main benefit is being able to always know what I am doing and where I'm at…

  • Great customer support service via phone/email which helped me solve an issue pretty fast.
  • Can connect up two different computers within minutes (or less)
  • User friendly interface
  • Allows easy communication between coworkers without needing email or instant messaging apps
