The best thing is that we can manage all our documents in one place. It's very convenient for us to find any file. For example, we have a document relating to the project which was recently uploaded by the subcontractor. But because it was in my personal folder, I cannot find it easily anymore. So we need to check it again. We used to rely on physical folders and paper files. Now everything is stored in nodes. This makes managing a file so much easier than having to look through piles of papers

I like how we can use it for both internal (data) as well external purposes to our clients. It is very flexible when you are looking at data analytics or business intelligence reporting in general. The support team has been great so far! We haven't had any issues really but just be prepared because this software does take some time to get used to.
