The wire in the cable is not shielded, only 3 individual copper wires. The insulation is quite flexible, so that's not a big deal, but the shielding of the audio cables is crucial for me.

SUCH CLUTCH CABLES. They are nice and long, definitely maintain the sound quality and are quite stiff. I use mine a lot and they bend to either side and haven't died on me yet. Great aux cables.

They have comfy little tips that fit easily in phone cases and add no weight to Bluetooth headphones used with cables like on an airplane. They carry sound with full range and volume, similar to wires costing 5 times or more. The wire has almost no memory so they don't get tangled easily, they roll up tightly and straighten out completely. Very important

I was specifically looking for a 6ft cable to connect the monitor's headphone output to the PC input. I have an Xbox Series X connected via HDMI, but the monitor doesn't have built-in speakers. This cable allows me to route audio from the monitor to my computer when I want to play Xbox. Now I can play Xbox on one monitor and watch YouTube on the other with desktop audio combined. I needed some 3.5mm patch cables for the 5.1 PC speaker set I have so I settled on these.
