I like the smell of this oil. That's it. Northern fir. It smells like fir, and in general it just smells like forest. I have a BIG beard and a little oil goes a long way. I use it right after I shower after drying my beard. It makes my beard very soft. If you use it in combination with a beard wash and balm, even better. Great product, smells great and lasts well. That being said, I think it's quite expensive, which will put people off using it regularly. It's more expensive than Detroit Grooming Co and it's probably the best oil I've ever used for smell, feel and absorbency. This material absorbs well and softens the beard, although the balm is a bit greasy. One of my favorite products, they just need to drop the total price by about $10-$15 and it will be perfect.

I wanted a beard oil with a pleasant scent. This oil had many reviews saying it smelled great so I bought it even though I thought it was a bit pricey. I got the oil and tried it and I really didn't smell it. I asked friends and family if they noticed if my beard smelled nice, but they said they could only smell it if they put their face close to mine. I wouldn't buy it again and maybe make it myself next time.

As far as beard oil goes, I've tried most. The smell is good (but they need a few more options). The oil is SUPER. I have a lot of gray hair and flies in my beard and this is the best way to tame them. The scent is Seattle Woods with a touch of sandalwood to make it rich. Lasts almost all day. It's insanely expensive, but I think it's the best beard oil out there. Easily compared to Beardbrand etc. I didn't get it for free and I rarely write reviews, but it's cool.

Honestly, I didn't think a beard oil could get any better than Honest Amish Premium. then i bought it. When I put it on for the first time, I felt like my face was under water. This is 0 cap. I have found that most beard products leave a pleasant smell in your beard for about an hour and do nothing else. This does not apply to Norther Fir Beard Oils. A wonderful aroma, complex and warm, woody but also peppery and spicy. Just a few drops will keep your beard smelling great for over 6 hours. I have been using Nordic Fir since my hairdresser applied it to my beard after a haircut in early 2016. I used it regularly until I shaved off my beard last summer. When I grew my beard this year I immediately started applying this oil and this year I have a thick, dense and healthy beard. I've tried several other oils, but the cedarwood scent makes this oil #1; it's not overwhelming and there's great shine too. Together with the balm this is the perfect combination for my beard.
