Description of NSK Shielded Clearance 22000Rpm Rotational

Deep-groove geometry for high speeds and supporting both radial and axial loads. Single-row bearing for supporting radial loads. Normal radial internal clearance for applications that do not involve thermal expansion or atypical precision. Pressed steel cage evenly spaces the balls for even load distribution and prevents contact to reduce friction, vibrations, and noise. Shields on both sides of the bearing to keep lubricant in and contaminants out.

Smooth Running Precision Bearings

These bearings are perfect for any industrial and scientific application that requires high rotational speeds and low noise. The shielded design provides protection against contamination and prolongs the lifespan of the bearings. The precision engineering ensures smooth and stable operation greatly reducing the risk of equipment failure and downtime. The only con is that they are SLIGHTLY more expensive than standard bearings, but the benefits far outweigh the cost .Overall, an excellent…

Pros
  • High rotational speed of 22000Rpm for efficient performance
Cons
  • Requires frequent maintenance to ensure the shield remains intact and functional

Better than original

These are better quality bearings than the ones I replaced them with in my air conditioner. The AC unit was used in storage for half a season, then a full season and then in storage when I went to install it the motor was not spinning. So instead of paying $140 for a new motor, I decided to replace the bearings. (very easy if you are able to do this repair.

Pros
  • bearings
Cons
