I needed a headset with a mic so I could work from home and these are still working great after a couple of weeks. The mute mode works great, the sound is clear with no crackling.

I was looking for headphones that can be switched from phone to laptop to work on site in a shared cube. It works great and the sound quality is good on both sides of the call. I'd like a clip to attach to clothing, but that's a minor thing.

well it came broken but i didn't open it right away and missed the return window. The headset is small for an adult - more for a child, but barely big enough. But it seems that the "mute" button is constantly clogged, so it just doesn't work.

Works great, everything I wanted in a headset. The earbuds aren't too big, which makes cell phone calls easier, and the sound quality works as it should in both directions. Nobody ever says they can't hear me anymore and I always hear them. That's what I wanted from a wired headset.

Because I work at home with a headset all day. Using headphones was really starting to bother me, and I wanted something over my ear that wouldn't drown out all the sounds around me. it was exactly what i needed. The sound quality is really good and I like that the cable has a volume and mute button which makes setup much easier during a conference call.

I've just started using this headset (less than a day) and every customer I've spoken to has told me they can't hear me at all and that the echo is very bad. Nothing compares to spending money and getting an absolutely terrible quality product. They feel cheap, they don't cover your ears so there's no noise cancellation, the sound quality is weak and poor despite everything being played at maximum volume, and they don't even work for what they're designed for.

The only negative I can say about this headset so far (have been using it for almost two weeks) is that there was a very pronounced flat spot on the top band . it wasn't comfortable at all. It took a little effort to pull the bend out, but it's very convenient now. The microphone flexes and works very well. I would definitely buy them again and not in big stores. The sound quality is good and you can use it with or without a USB port (I have one). Anyway, the sound is the same.

Although the sound quality is quite decent and the headset is quite comfortable, I can only give this product 1 star. It's made of cheap, brittle plastic that fell apart in less than 3 months despite relatively little use (about an hour a day). The legs broke when I put the headset on my head like any regular headset. . Initially one leg broke and I sealed it with tape while ordering another headset. Then the other leg broke in the same way. Do yourself a favor and hit hard if you don't want to
