This is our favorite soft spoon so far. It is easy for both a child and an adult to hold and is soft enough that you don't have to worry about a child biting it. Just the right size too.

The handle is too long for children's hands and the scoop of the spoon is too big for their mouths. It's also way overpriced for just a spoonful. In my house it makes no sense. I'll stick with my Munchkin spoons.

I love this spoon for my daughter! She tries to eat herself and it's nice and soft for her toothless mouth. Plus I can hold it so she doesn't stuff it too far down her throat. This is one of my favorite baby spoons for her and I bought one first and then two more.

I like that this spoon is made out of silicone. My daughter likes to chew it a lot. The only downside is that the mouthpiece is a bit big. Munchkin makes smaller silicone spoons that create less mess. Also, silicone will stain orange foods like carrots or sweet potatoes — FYI.

We used to use a tiny Ikea spoon from the baby kit to feed our 7 month old baby. When I saw this I thought it looks huge but it works. It's a bit wide for our 7 month old's mouth but it fits in there. I think drinking from one cup might help him, to be honest because the whole cup doesn't fit in his mouth - so he slurps it, but it works. I liked the soft spoon idea for my baby, but this nuby spoon is too thick and too wide. Feeding them is very inconvenient. I ended up buying some smaller plastic spoons - not as soft but much easier to feed than I used to. In fact, it's so hard to feed that I actually wash one of the others when it's the only one that's clean when I'm about to feed my daughter. Maybe a bit tricky but I prefer these Nuby Spoons.
