I've owned this NuFACE Trinity for exactly 1 year. When I first bought it, I used it for a week and really liked it. Then they put it under my sink and out of sight. I recently unplugged it again to use it but it wouldn't turn on. I charged it overnight, it still does just what the video shows, I reset it with a paperclip, still nothing. I emailed NuFACE with no response. What should I do now?

I got mine as a gift from a friend. I later researched this here. My target areas were sagging cheeks, neck/chest (especially the neck scar from surgery 7 years ago). The leaflet doesn't go into how to use this device for this area, but I found it on YouTube. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. These are my photos from 3 weeks before and after. I have had this unit before and have been very happy with the results. I started getting treatments from an esthetician and ended up gifting my original Nuface to a friend. After the recommended treatment I would notice immediate skin tightening and volume and over time my skin tone has definitely improved. I used to do electric facials and have definitely seen an improvement. Not this device. I used it faithfully for six weeks; Before-after and in-between photos show no improvement, no change, secondary viewers cannot see the timeline between photos.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this little gadget. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and I'm definitely seeing a difference in my skin. The biggest difference is my eyes. They are open and raised and do not lie on my eyelid. I see my shadows I've received botox in the past to lift my eyes (which I actually hate with a frozen forehead). I think I found Botox better and cheaper. I do this every morning before my shower and love the results. I use aloe vera as the gel primer that came with it gave me a rash. I
