Great experience and great customer service

I like how easy it is to create custom apps with NUISense. It really does make my job easier by creating interactive experiences without writing code. Sometimes you have to go into the app to edit some things but that's not a big deal. When you are first starting out, it can be hard to figure everything out. If you want to learn how to use this software, it will take a bit of time. But once you get the hang of it, it makes your life so much easier! I am able to create interactive experiences…

  • User friendly interface
  • Great customer service team when there isn’t anything wrong in an account or application.
  • Very helpful if something goes awry within our system/website (ease of mind)
Cons
  • Not as userfriendly compared other platforms such at SalesForce.
  • Difficulty learning curve

Best Decision Ever Made By Our Company

I love how easy it is for me, as well as my team members (who are non-tech people),to use this software in our everyday work life with no previous coding experience! It's very intuitive & simple - which makes collaborating so much easier than other platforms we've tried before!! We're able solve all of our problems using NUIsense Business within hours or days instead weeks/months like most others require us too do that same process by hand first.
