Scrolling is terrible. I've been using it all day and it seems to connect to bluetooth, but after half an hour the mouse stops moving, stops working. I check and it's still connected. I have to completely shut down the computer and then restart it and everything is back to normal. I have to turn off my computer every 30 minutes. This is not good. TERRIBLE MOUSE

I use this mouse for my desktop. It starts automatically after I insert the key. It works fine for about 3 weeks. After that it keeps freezing and I have to tap my mouse on the table a few times, sometimes it's very hard to get it working again. Sometimes I tapped the top very hard to get it working again. I bought this mouse because of the bluetooth function as I use a surface pro and it only has a USB port which I don't like with the wireless USB chip - Mice use . Setting up Bluetooth is easy. It also has a dongle for the USB plugin which I haven't tried. The ergonomics are good, and that's completely sufficient for routine tasks. My only complaint is that, as far as I can tell, the mouse doesn't go to sleep after a period of inactivity. Therefore, you have to turn it off manually when not in use to save battery. This company emailed me asking for a replacement mouse, but again, the problem was with my computer. How many companies will come forward to offer a new device? This mouse is very LIGHT compared to my Logitech mouse which I have been using for over 10 years (only my Specter has 1 USB port on the right side (where we use our mouse of course, so I wanted to take full advantage of Bluetooth) and a little "flatter" in my palm than Logitech, but more "palm" than other Bluetooth mice on Revain so I went with it.
