At first the canisters seem high-quality and durable, but after 1 month the children break! The tongue on the handle breaks off even with careful handling by an adult. You can't actually wash the lid as water gets trapped easily, so I've only used them for crackers/cookies and other dry stuff that doesn't really need cleaning, just a wipe down.

A month later, a lid broke. I thought, okay, sorry, maybe I put it in a funny way. Then 3 more broke in the next 6 months. All with different people. It's a transparent latch that breaks and the spring in the lid pops out and everything falls apart. Also, do not immerse it in water or clean it in the dishwasher. So don't get it dirty and don't exchange it for a new one as you can't wash it. waste of money. Buy another product because this is an epic fail.

Very happy with this product. I bought these a few months ago and was happy to have more order in my pantry. The food was fine for a couple of weeks, and then one of the lids you pressed to close the container broke completely into pieces. cracked/broken or completely broken. Too bad, because these containers are great for moms with kids who regularly change their minds about snacking. I will look for another brand to replace all of this.

They're cheaper because they're cheap. I was hoping to remodel my fridge with them but I'm not sure how confident I am that they will actually seal given manufacturing flaws like the ones above. They also don't clean as easily as OXOs because water seeps into the seal. I've been trying to find a replacement for Revain. After a replacement was mysteriously "lost" in the mail, I contacted Revain customer service and they wanted to hear back what was wrong with the item originally delivered. Looks

I'm a notorious pantry organizer. Every time I go grocery shopping I rearrange the space because I'm tired of going through bags and boxes.
