Many of the watches I have received from this company had dead batteries upon arrival. I bought them for my sister who lives in Brazil. Replacing dead batteries costs more than the price of the watch itself so I decided to return it and get a refund. I will not buy again. at least not from this seller! There was no quality control! Before shipping, the watch must be checked and dead batteries replaced.
