I found the sizing to be correct. I ordered a size up and it was too big. So I sent it back the correct size. I've had several belts over the years and this one is more durable than the other ones I've bought in department stores. It feels better and I think it's good quality so far. I also like the tip and the fact that it's not square and fits the loops easier.

I bought a brown belt. Nice and well made belt for the money. My waist is between 34 and 35 inches and I ordered the large. I'd say if you're 36 inches or taller you should probably get the XL version. I have about 3 inches of belt through the buckle when I wear it.

Worst of all, the size is obviously wrong. I have a 35" waist and ordered a large which was supposed to fit a 36-38" waist. It is possible that it fits such sizes. I can only close it after stretching it a lot and it needs to be pretty loose for me. I also ordered a black webbing and brown buckle but it was all black. It would be great if that's what I wanted. The little thing that let me down was that "this item is non-refundable". No idea why. I just wanted to replace it with the one I wanted

I have been using this belt for 2 weeks now and it has been very good so far. There are two great things I love about the belt: 1. "Infinitely" adjustable - no dedicated pin holes. Simply place the pen where it is most convenient. 2. stretch factor. Sitting and bending over doesn't put undue pressure on the abdomen. I ordered my first belt a few months ago and got it sized according to their size chart, 2XL. Arrived and fits great. I ordered a second belt that was the same size as the first and it fits perfectly. Last week I ordered a third strap the same size as the first two, it arrived five inches longer than the first two. So this week I ordered two more belts one size smaller. They arrived today and both are too short. So good luck with the sizes.

These belts are great. My waist is 38 and I think XL fits best. I originally bought an L but found it stretched too far to do the job and didn't leave much outside of the buckle when it was in place. Considering the price, I'll still use the smaller one occasionally. Shouldn't have gone back so I just ordered XL.
