Oak Street Manufacturing WC101NT Ladderback Review

I bought two of these chairs to use with a folding table with a matching finish. I think the words "SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED" should be prominently printed on the ad. The five holes in the seats must be pre-drilled. Not everyone has access to drills and drills. Both chairs had slight damage to the rails, but not enough to warrant a return. In general, I'm probably satisfied. It would be nice if I could come back in a year and update my review.

The chair itself looks good. However, the seat of the chair comes in a separate box in the delivery box and must be screwed to the base of the chair. There are no preset holes, so you must determine where to make the holes. Centering the seat accurately proved to be a bit of a challenge. I also had a hard time getting the included screws into the wood. Pre-installed holes would have earned this chair 5 stars.

Ordered 6 and all were damaged, scratched from missing clips. The famous seat has a 4 inch deep scratch in the middle of the seat. The screws provided were too long and went through the bottom of the seat from above, causing the sharp screws to stick out. All boxes were badly damaged.
