Ideal for tension headaches

This product works exactly as expected. Sitting hunched over at my desk most days of the week puts a lot of strain on my shoulders and neck, which in turn increases the frequency of my tension headaches. Using these few minutes a day has drastically reduced the recurrence of my headaches.
