I've had these headphones for less than a week but I really like them. There are three different resistance levels (soft, medium, hard) that can be adjusted via the bicycle pump. The spikes are effective but not painful. And they don't smell. I am satisfied with the quality and relief from my shoulder pain. It's uncomfortable to carry on my shoulder, but I manage. It's worth the embarrassment to get the relief.

Three different intensities are important. I use them on the ball of my right foot. Sometimes when I leave the house the ball of my foot suddenly becomes hard and it hurts to walk on it. I keep the ball in my purse and use it under the table in restaurants to get back walking. My physiotherapist liked her. She recorded the information to recommend to her clients with similar problems. Nice packaging too. I'm impressed and grateful.

This is a great set of spiked massage balls, highly recommend. I never expected that a whole range of balls with different flex and nub lengths would make a big difference. But it is so. My personal favorite is the medium-hard yellow ball, followed by my longer, softer orange ball. I use the smaller, harder red ball when my muscles or legs are very tight. Or on the shoulder blades or lower back.
