Terrible pump - expensive product

I have ordered this product twice. Both times, the pump that doses the foam doesn't work. Squeeze to dispense foam, it stays down and does not return to the up position to press again. I can buy foaming hand soap for $1.99 and the dispenser works great but this $20 product doesn't work. I doubt anyone in the company has actually used this product. This issue is not a technical issue, why can't OcuSoft solve this issue?

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • No performance

Excellent results! It really works!

Great product! My 5 year old son has blepharitis and the doctor told me to get used to his scaly eyelids nothing will stop it. So the doctor prescribed an eyelid cleanser and that was it. Well, Calle Neutrox's product did absolutely nothing. In fact, the problem seemed to be getting worse. Until I, the crazy mom, researched and found Eyes n Mites! I can't even explain how happy I am with this product! My son's eyelid looks perfect, no more eye bugs as we call them. I have used this product 1…

Really Helps Chronic Blepharitis

I have had chronic blepharitis for many years. I treated him with saline and baby shampoo, they didn't always work on their own. My optometrist recommended Occusoft and I started using it a few months ago. I still use a combination of saline and baby shampoo when things get bad, but Occusoft's twice-daily brushing allows me to last much longer between soaks. Foam is easy to apply, does not get dirty and does not cause irritation.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Good and reliable product!

This is the second time I have ordered this product. It cleans my eyelids and helps control my blepharitis. It doesn't sting and I use it after washing off all makeup and eye makeup, washing my face and then washing my eyelids. My doctor wanted me to clean my eyelids. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to keep their eyelids, lashes and brows clean.

Pros
  • Durable surface
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Even better, according to my optician

I suffer from blepharitis (flaky eyelashes) and have been using Sterilid Eye Cleanser for a few years now. I switched to Occusoft Lid Scrub because I could get a 7.25 ounce bottle of Occusoft for about the same price as a 1.62 ounce bottle of Sterilid. Also, according to my optician, my condition has improved significantly after switching to an Occusoft product. So much cheaper and more efficient!

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Negative impression

Gentle but very effective

These and ocusoft pads were recommended by an optician. I have sensitive eyelid skin and the pads were too hard for regular use. I've been using this foam every day for years and love it. It's gentle and even removes all my eye makeup. I'm using my friend's account to post this if you're wondering about makeup :) Just don't keep the bottle where water can drip on it. It gets into the diluted product. I have to keep the bottle at the other end of the shower.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • New competitors have appeared

Super good value for money! for make-up remover

The large bottle is very handy in the shower. Easily wash lashes, eyelids and brows for a cleaner day. Allergy symptoms have almost disappeared. The foam is soft and light. The solution does not burn the eyelids, but sometimes it irritates the cheeks. I attribute this to the cheeks having become hypersensitive from another infection. If I use this in the shower when my cheeks are already irritated then this cleanser doesn't bother my cheeks. I love waking up in the morning with clean lashes and

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
