Open my birthday present to find this sadness. Nothing was neatly packed, the tower, keyboard and mouse were simply thrown into the box. The keyboard was broken, the case wasn't closed properly, and when I booted it up, the operating system wasn't installed! I spent over $1,000 on it. Planned to get it up and running over the weekend and now I'm off to Best Buy hoping to find a working computer as I wouldn't trust Revain to buy another computer.

So far I love this computer. It's very fast. I bought it for RAM and CPU because I need to control 13 CCTV cameras and my 8GB laptop can't keep up with all of them. Cameras hung and turned off. But now with this computer everything works smoothly. The machine is really compact for a desktop and very quiet with an SSD. In addition, I have all the necessary connections and no longer need a USB hub. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this computer to anyone.

This thing is lightning fast. I'm a software developer, the software I work on usually compiles in 3-4 minutes. Sounds good, but if you look at the screen expectantly, it seems like forever. especially if you make a mistake and it crashes a few minutes later. Nice fast computer. However, I was disappointed that it only has USB 3.1 Gen 1 and not Gen 2. That's what the description says now. For me it was a big plus. Second, it wasn't clear how many memory slots are on the motherboard. It has two and I was expecting 4, but it was hard to guess the size of the motherboard.

This little machine is so strong, so fast and so quiet. I've never had a computer I love more. Update 10/12/2019: We have ordered a second, stronger one. I'm still amazed by the speed, smoothness and mobility. This has saved us a lot of space while increasing our productivity.
