Three of the bulbs in the kit did not work. I'm not sure if it's a lightbulb or a device, but one of them isn't working properly.

This was just what we needed to replace the burned wire (there was a dimmer) in our salt lamp. Since it's two packs, it's good to have a backup in case it happens again.

One of the cords stopped working after just a few days so I'm not sure how long the second cord will last. The socket on any cord would not fit into the base of my standard size salt lamp until one of the protrusions snapped off. Lamps are ok.

Perfect for my salt lamp! I have 2 that I bought from different stores. Both will cause the bulbs to burn out. I think it was because they weren't the best fit. With this base they fit perfectly and I had no problems. I love that you can turn off the light when you sleep if you just want to change the lighting. Great purchase and they look great!

I really liked this light set. It worked really well for my salt lamp project. I warn you that the base is larger (which is what I wanted), the base will not fit in a wide mouth jar. Thanks to the large base, it was easy to use and the light did not fall off. I liked the longevity and even replaced one of my old lamps with this new one with a sturdy base. I may have to order 2 more packs. The lights are nice and bright and I liked that extra spare parts were included.

I have a very large old salt lamp from the 90's, the wooden base has no cut out at the bottom for the cord to run through without sitting on it and eventually damaging it. This lamp cord set with base is the perfect replacement as the legs on the plastic base lift the lamp to reveal the cord underneath. I'm glad I found this set at a great price - I deducted a star because one of the extra bulbs in the box was broken, but the box was fine - no damage.

First of all I am very happy that I found the replacement cables at a great price. I love my himalayan lamp! I'm using my second himalaya lamp because the cord on the first one also stopped working and the main salt part ended up in the closet hoping I'll trip over the cord one day. I've since bought a new lamp from Walmart because I've noticed a real difference in allergies and colds without it. Plus, the light itself is great for reading at night. Replacing the cords was a lot of work though…

Okay I bought them for another purpose. I have a really nice sun blown glass garden ornament that died quickly and the new battery didn't work. I didn't want to part with the glass. Thanks to another reviewer who confirmed they were able to remove the tabs holding the salt lamp securely and the good measurements provided by the seller, I knew the lamp fit in the hole in the bottom of the blown glass would fit.
