One of the advantages of this product was that it was "thin" and had no problem getting under furniture. Well that was a lie. I get all 5 minutes of cleaning before it goes straight to my section and gets stuck underneath. The app is confusing and offers too many useless options. If I had to do it again I would buy a different product.

This vacuum cleaner is not programmable, there are no instructions in the manual and the application has the simplest and most useless interface I have ever seen on such a device. I have yet to get him to move from one room to another so I'm not taking or doing it myself and he hasn't cleaned the whole room yet. It will clean the same area multiple times, but will never clean the entire floor. I will say the areas he cleared did a fantastic job, no dirt or dog hair was left behind.

I was so excited when I saw this in the Revain Lightning Sale. We have a simple floor - wood and tiles. Pros: 1) He collected a lot of dirt. BUT. 2) it has quite a few CONS: 1) it has NEVER been able to go back to its base to charge - tried 10 times 2) got stuck on cords and stuff 3) ate the cord and nearly started a fire 4) it goes in high performance mode when it hit the table chairs and pushed my wooden kitchen chair into the wall leaving a scratch 5) the instructions have a NULL value 6)…

I took advantage of the Black Friday sale. The K4 has had good reviews and my 6 year old Neato XV4 seems to be dead. The K4 is quiet as it does not have an ice rink. The battery life is excellent. It works for over an hour on a single charge. My Neato ran 20 minutes. Those are pluses. Even in "Smart" mode, he's dumb as a pile of rocks. His solution is to simply turn 90 degrees when he hits something. It zigzags unless you put it in Wall or Arch mode. He easily gets lost just playing pinball…
