I love this product and it arrived on time. I would caution anyone experiencing dry eyes after using this product to only apply it to the face and not under the eyes. A good hyaluronic acid based moisturizer works well under the eyes and does not cause this side effect. I could see a small difference within a week.

I know that retinol is a very important step in the fight against aging, but I've always noticed that using retinol burns my skin. I was told to keep using it so your skin gets used to it but no matter how hard I tried it wasn't working. A friend suggested I try this moisturizer as she has sensitive skin and it works great for her so I had high hopes. Didn't notice much of a difference. Best of all, you don't have to use it often, so it lasts a long time. I am not sure if I will buy this again. I have to see if the result is worth the price.</p>

Terrible. Caused a severe rash, hives and burns on my skin. I used the original modeling cream and liked it, but this stuff is pretty bad. Also terrible customer service. Very rude and useless. It's important to note that the fine print says you'll still be charged 30% if you return it, even if it actually DAMAGED your skin.

I've been using the "normal" Retinol 24 cream since it was introduced. My face didn't look magically young, by the way. But it's a good night cream with some retinol. Very moisturizing. Do not use around eyes unless sensitive. He will burn. I wanted to try this version of Max. As for the product itself, I can't tell any difference yet. I used 1/2 glass.
