🧼 Olay Total Effects Whip Cleanser Pump: Powerful 5.0 oz Cleansing Solution Review

The product is great but I just opened the product that was delivered in July and the pump broke. I would like to exchange, but have not been able to find a way to contact me. Offers? I know it's over 30 days. I opened it today and never had a problem with the pump.

I've ordered it twice. The first pump broke, sent it back and ordered a replacement. The replacement pump also broke. After that I went to the Olay website to order it but it was out of stock. I emailed them asking when it would be back and they told me it was no longer made. The facial soap is amazing, I'm just disappointed that the product is being discontinued and the ones I received were broken.

I like the cleanser itself but the bottle is terrible. Not running. General. So I had to rip off the top of it and then dig up the inside with my fingers. I leave it in the shower so I have a hard time keeping the water from going all the way into the bottle.

Love this line of products and how they dispense the perfect amount. Someone said that it is not consumed. I had a similar problem but it's easy to solve. It's a pump and it just needs to be primed. Just dip it in water and slowly turn on the pump and it will start dosing.

I love this cleanser and the price is great. The only problem is that the pump doesn't work. In the end I took the tongs, broke the container and put it in a jar. I love this facial cleanser so much.
