UPDATE: The company contacted me. They apologized and offered to solve the problem. They did. They were very professional. I gave 4 stars because the product's protective glass fits my tab perfectly. No questions. I highly recommend this company. They stand behind their products and care about their customers.

Very easy to install. I wiped the tablet with a napkin, removed excess moisture with a napkin, and removed excess dust with a rag. But I didn't use the frame. I just took the case off, put it on the tablet and watched it stick to the screen. A few bubbles to squeeze out. The touch screen works as usual. Hopefully this keeps my screen tact.

leveling frame can't be thinner plastic, no stability. I bought it because previous OMOTON products were great but this one was really boring. This was a gift for my dad and because the alignment frame is such poor quality we wasted screen protectors as well as blisters and dirt on the tablet. (although I worked with gloves and cleaned everything carefully). It probably works, but looks awful if you fail on the first try (but it's almost impossible with a bad alignment box).

The product is too thick making it almost impossible to squeeze out all the bubbles as it doesn't lay flat. I have a large blister in the corner that cannot be removed. The size is also too big to fit in any case. It goes right to the edge of the screen with no retraction, making any case that wraps around the side pop open. I was hoping this would work well but was ultimately disappointed.

Everything came very nicely packaged. Everything you need to install. I watched the video several times. It doesn't work that well. The frame that comes with the protective film is large enough to make a mistake. The frame has enough slack to allow a corner of the protector to hit the edge of the tablet. Then it won't stick. If you set it up perfectly, it will work fine. Don't rely on the frame for precise placement. You can pass it on freely, but it is unforgiving. One shot is all you get.

I have this tablet which is less than 2 months old. The first few weeks worked great. Now he will not keep the internet connection. Troubleshooting status: factory reset, reboot, router test, soft and hard reboot and of course connection confirmation. It shouldn't be, it's not rocket science. You clean the tablet, dry it, remove dust from the surface and then apply the protective film to the stencil. Actually pretty smooth.
