Disappointing! Rust spots showed up on them the first time in the dishwasher.

I've been using Oneida stainless steel in my home since I first became self-employed at the age of 18. The extra forks and spoons I bought are fine but these knives are very bad. Rust stains appeared the first time it was washed in the dishwasher. Don't waste your $$.

Disappointing lack of factory packaging hence scratches on each knife

They were strong and well made but packaged incorrectly. Nothing separates the knives so that they rub and scratch each other. Each knife was scratched or had fairly deep paint marks. Doesn't affect use but if I wanted scratches I'd just keep my 20 year old set. To return.

I'm worried about the finish.

We needed a new cutlery set. I'm tired of having a full mixed set from every restaurant I've eaten at. A believable story. Nothing matched. Went to tjmaxx and found these forks and spoons. They're heavy, just like I wanted, and looked decent. Found the right butter knives here and ordered 3 sets to match what I've had from others. They're damn good quality. Firmly. But the finish on them dulls so easily. I'm worried that over time it will mark and ruin the finish. How to fix it? They buff and…
